Jumping Sets
Little Oaks Show Jumps have been manufacturing show jumps and working hunter jumps since 1990. We have always worked to produce high quality, safe products at a reasonable price using sustainable materials wherever possible.
Our jumps ranges ensure there is something to suit everyone - at home and the highest level of FEI competition.
Among our many customers we are proud to have supplied many venues such as Osbaldeston Riding Centre, Kelsall Hill Equestrian Centre, Northcote Stud, colleges and riding clubs. In particular we have worked closely with Cheshire Show Services - one of the country's premier hirers of show jump and working hunter sets.
Depending on the item, all products are bolted, screwed or glued - no nails are used. We have always paid attention to producing a safe and user-friendly product, in particular we buy timber with all 4 edges eased off whilst being machined, and any corners are rounded and chamfered.
Free-standing fillers are offered with swivel feet wherever possible, making them safer in use as the filler is able to fold flat on impact. Both free-standing and hanging fillers come in economy versions which covers the traditional filler and also the more imaginative filler from the bespoke section.
We always use the best grade machined timber, all certified from a sustainable source. High quality painted products are used throughout, including primer, undercoat and gloss. Working hunter rustice products are either dipped in Creotrete (a creosote substitute) or stained in a range of quality stains.
Our Premium range meet and exceed BS and FEI standards and are supplied with either metal key track fitted or a traditional drilled upright. Various styles and heights are available and usually fitted with generous 8" X 2" pressure-treated feet.
Our Economy range is built using the same high standards, but is smaller and lighter in general, making them very suitable for home use and the smaller shows. These have a 6" X 2" pressure-treated foot.
The Bespoke range are made to the customer's own requirements, often being sponsor fences shows. We also offer a wide range of Championship wings which are usually fitted with metal key tracks and either detachable 8" X 2" feet or Continental type feet. Many fabulous designs have been created utilising a high quality sign writing service, using premium vinyl lettering and logos.
